Understanding Revitas User Experience and Upcoming Enhancements
Traditionally, software users have valued new functionality more highly than an improved user experience. But on a day-to-day basis, a superior user experience actually translates to higher value for an organization due to increased productivity and user satisfaction.
In 2015, Revitas began investing in field-based, user experience research to better understand how customers are utilizing our products and to discover opportunities for seamless improvement to their user experiences.
In this session, we will review our findings from the study and explore Revitas’ long-term plans to formalize UX improvements as part of our best-practice development methodology.
